General Manager
Dear Membership,
Summer has flown bye, the temperature is dropping to a comfortable level, and season is coming. We have an extremely busy month with outings and tournaments so please make sure you check the calendar and golf shop for announcements and changes. Please make sure to check out the bulletin board in the golf shop for events and news.
The club will be hosting its first annual Halloween glow ball tournament. Please get your friends together for so laughs and tons of fun! We will have cocktail hour and appetizers from 5-8 Pm, followed by our glow ball tournament. Please get your sign up sheet in the golf shop. Sign up deadline is Sunday the October 26. This will be a fun experience for all so invite your friends to participate. Look forward to seeing the costumes!
We are looking for volunteers for “Clean up the club day” it will be held on Sunday the 19th of October. We are trying to get some curb appeal to the outside. We will be planting flowers, spreading mulch, weeding, and cleaning up the outside of the clubhouse. After we are done we will have free appetizers in the clubhouse and watch the Buccaneers take on the Seahawks. Bring your gardening supplies and enjoy the day with your friends. Please sign up in the golf shop so we know how much participation we will have. Go Bucs!
If you are part of the Women or Men’s golf associations we will be starting up our weekly games October 14th and 16th respectively. Please make sure to sign up by Monday at 4:00PM for the WGA and by Wednesday at 4:00PM for the MGA. This will help us to manage unused tee times. We would like to encourage new members to try these associations to meet new people to play golf with.
With the Futures Q-School coming to the club on November 4th, 5th, and 6th we will be looking for volunteers to help us. There will be a sign up sheet in the golf shop for you to participate. We will also be looking for host homes for some of the players to stay that week. It is very costly for players to stay in hotels and one way that they can save is by staying with hosts. Please contact Debi Robinson at (863) 425-0385 if you are interested in hosting a player.
Please make sure to call in to let us know you are coming to Friday night dinner. We want to provide you with the best service possible. Menu for the month can be found on the calendar. Please call the golf shop to let us know.

Membership Drive
Hello members,
My name is John Frates, I have arrived to assist the Staff in increasing memberships for Imperial
Lakes Country club.
I am so excited to have the opportunity to make a difference. If you can think of anyone that
would like to join or would like information, please feel free to call me at the club.
This Membership Drive is very important in rebuilding this classic country club. I will be
asking members to join a membership committee to assist me, in reaching the managements
goals. Please feel free to approach me to sign up for the committee or give any positive
feedback that will benefit our mission.
The staff has committed to join forces to help in the efforts of assuring that our current members and new members feel an increase
in exceptional customer service. Every member is important. We want to welcome the new summer members and hope that they
will consider joining full time in the fall.
There will also be a corporate promotion in the next eight weeks targeting fifty corporations to offer a chance to become a member in
our community. We will keep you informed of our progress and hope that we can all take part of our new membership drive to get
100 new members. If you aware of people that are interested in joining a country club membership, please contact me and you can
be assured that they will be contacted immediately.
E-mails Wanted—Stay Current
We are trying to capture all e-mail addresses in our Pro Shop in order to communicate
more efficiently (online newsletters, etc.).
Your help will be appreciated! Just like golf: one shot at a time...one member at a time.

We are also open to suggestions for in-house events that are only available to
